Can I withdraw from a purchase at www.emodì.it ?

Remember that responsibility for loss or damage to the package remains with you. Products must not have been worn or used in any way and returned in the Emodì box with a copy of the order confirmation. For more information, please contact customer service.

I received the order, but the item is not to my liking or is defective. Can I ask for a replacement of the goods or a refund of the amount paid?

gabriele bianconi2021-08-03T17:01:33+02:00You have the right to withdraw within the 14-day period starting from the date of delivery of the products. The exercise of the right of withdrawal, in order to receive a refund, involves compliance with certain conditions:

• Products must not have been used, modified or customized;
• Product boxes should show no signs of wear, abrasions or scratches;
• The product must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation.

You can request a replacement of the item, instead of a refund, with another one of the same amount(so net of promotional offers).Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded, you will be responsible in case of loss or damage

When is the return processed?

What is the time frame for reimbursement?

Once the refund has been made, the technical time for crediting the credit card or Paypal account depends on your bank circuit. In case of payment by prepaid card or bank transfer, refunds will be made by re-crediting the card or bank account from which the charge was originally made (in the latter case we will contact you to provide us with your bank details).
