Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 14 business days of accepting the return.
Once the refund has been made, the technical time for crediting the credit card or Paypal account depends on your bank circuit. In case of payment by prepaid card or bank transfer, refunds will be made by re-crediting the card or bank account from which the charge was originally made (in the latter case we will contact you to provide us with your bank details).
