Orders and Shipments

Shipments are made to all countries in the European community. Shipping Costs will be automatically provided at checkout.

Deliveries never take place on national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Unfortunately, once the order is generated, it is no longer editable. If the courier fails to deliver the package to the given address, it will go into storage.
You can request that your order be shipped to a different address than your billing address. Simply fill in the "shipping address" field the exact location where you would like to receive your order.
Shipping to Italy is FREE for all orders over €79, otherwise shipping costs €5.
Shipping time is 5 working days. In certain regions such as Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, couriers may take one or two days longer than normal.
For delivery of placed orders, it is necessary to specify:
  • Name
  • Last name
  • State/Region
  • City
  • Shipping address
  • Postal Code
  • Phone Number
  • Tax code and VAT number (optional)

Once you have successfully submitted your order, you cannot change it. We then invite you to place a new order for all additional items.

Unfortunately, no, once the order is generated it is no longer editable or cancelable. You can only resort to returns(see our returns policy).
Once you are in the shopping cart you can choose to add the greeting card and insert a personalized dedication. The personalized Greeting Card will be placed inside the box containing the jewelry, at a cost of €2 and still free for orders over €79.
